Retail Convenience Shop ManagerOur client based in the Garden Route is looking to grow their team with an experienced and motivated Retail Convenience Store Manager. The ideal candidate must display strong organizational skills and be customer focused. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the storeManage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till reconciliationRecruit, train, and supervise staffEnsure excellent customer service standards are maintainedMonitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availabilityConduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accuracyMaintain visual merchandising standards that includes attractive and organized product displaysEnsure the store complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Qualification and Competencies :- Matric or equivalent
- Business Management diploma would be advantageous
- 2 to 5 years experience in Retail
- Valid drivers license and OWN vehicle
- Fully computer literate (MS Office and POS)
- Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans
- Strong Leadership
- Problem Solving

- Attention to detail
Requirements:
