Duties:

  • Client communication and support:
    • Providing clear and timely communication regarding services, updates, or inquiries
    • Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, or requests efficiently
    • Ensure clients are well-informed about the company’s offerings, updates, and any changes that may affect their relationship with the company
  • Relationship building:
    • Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
    • Understand client business needs, objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions and services
  • Contract renewal and upsell opportunities:
    • Assist in contract renewals
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, or cross-selling additional, relevant l services

  • Grade 12
  • Previous experience in “customer service”, “sales”, and/or working with SLA’s is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Must have contactable references
