Duties:
- Client communication and support:
- Providing clear and timely communication regarding services, updates, or inquiries
- Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, or requests efficiently
- Ensure clients are well-informed about the company’s offerings, updates, and any changes that may affect their relationship with the company
- Relationship building:
- Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Understand client business needs, objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions and services
- Contract renewal and upsell opportunities:
- Assist in contract renewals
- Identify opportunities for upselling, or cross-selling additional, relevant l services

- Previous experience in “customer service”, “sales”, and/or working with SLA’s is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
