Ultrasigns , a medium-sized signage designer and manufacturer with their factory and offices located in Parow-East , has the above exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrative Coordinator.
The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and is an energetic and extremely organised team-player with a meticulous approach to work, paired with excellent planning and multi-tasking skills.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales department and will assist in coordinating the administrative side of projects from start to finish. Duties will include: *processing instructions from the Sales department *liaising with all departments of production *arranging site checks & obtaining site information *providing Design department with project design packs *obtaining and generating quotes *obtaining client approval *generating job cards and arranging installation date between all parties *generating invoices *managing files, invoices, and purchase orders *monitoring and updating pricelists *completing Council Applications for signage installations *all other tasks related to the role.
Essential minimum qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Approximately 2 years’ experience in organising workflow administration or a similar role in the manufacturing industry;
• Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (verbal and written);
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office), specifically Excel;
• Own reliable transport.
