Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute trades for institutional clients, particularly asset managers like Coronation and Allan Gray. Build and maintain strong client relationships on the sales side. Work closely with the team (currently two traders) to run and grow the desk. Handle high-pressure market environments with confidence and precision. Provide market insights and recommendations to clients. Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years of experience in institutional sales trading. Proven ability to engage directly with institutional clients (asset managers, pension funds, etc.). JSE experience is essential familiarity with stockbroking and execution. Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of the role. Strong understanding of trading operations and client servicing. BEE status is open the right experience and attitude matter most. No formal qualifications required, but experience as a broker in the market is key. Why Join?
