REMOTE ROLECandidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3.5 years of hospitality industry experience, ideally some of which working in a senior HOD or Management role
- Safari Lodge experience will be highly beneficial
- Must be fully computer literate & tech-savvy
- Active on social media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be an excellent communicator (English)
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task & highly organized
- Must enjoy communicating with people & not be scared to pick up the phone to chat
- You are required to have your own laptop, smartphone & WiFi as well as a decent home office set up
- It is essential that you are aligned with the Wild Dreams values of compassion, freedom, balance, honesty & purpose
- Must love Elephants This role is only open to candidates based in Africa. This is a 100% COMMISION-BASED role that includes bonus incentives. This is a close to full-time position. We are considering candidates with other commitments, but we can't offer this as a side hustle - recruitment would need to be your main focus. Our herd can work with full flexibility & freedom, only requiring you to be available once a week for an hour at a set time, the rest of your work day you manage as you wish.
Full training is provided and ongoing support from our herd! There may be an option to join us as a recruiter/trainer at luxury properties throughout Africa for a great daily rate depending on your experience & interests as we also offer staff training services to clients around Africa.
