Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
• Proaktief met kliënte kommunikeer om die gestelde inkomste te behaal.
• Deurlopend persoonlike vaardighede verbeter, insluitend produk- en stelselkennis.
• Uitstaande kliëntrekeninge monitor en opvolg oor betalings.
• Aflewerings reël en toesig hou oor doeltreffende bestellingvervulling.
• Help met inventarisadministrasie, insluitend siklusse tel, voorraadopnames en goedere ontvangsnotas.
• Genereer vereiste verslae en bestuur administratiewe take.
Minimale Vereistes:
• Graad 12 (post-matriek kwalifikasie is 'n voordeel).
• Verkoop/bedryf/admin ervaring, verkieslik in die plafon- en partiësiebedryf, is 'n voordeel.
• Sterk kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
• Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) en CRM-stelsels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with customers to achieve set revenue targets.
• Continuously enhance personal skills, including product and system knowledge.
• Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up on payments.
• Arrange and oversee deliveries for efficient order fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory administration, including cycle counts, stock takes, and goods received notes.
• Generate required reports, manage required administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 (post-matric qualification is an advantage).
• Sales/business/admin experience, preferably in the ceiling and partition industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
