Minimum Requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification Relevant Sales & Marketing \Food Technology Qualification (Advantageous) Minimum 3 years sales experience within a New Business focussed role (driven by targets and commission) Sales experience within the Food Services/Food Safety & Hygiene industry (Preferable) Existing client relationships and network contacts within the Food Production, Quicke Service Restaurants (QSR) and Food Retail industries will be advantageous Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans/English) Written & Verbal Fully Computer Literate (Advanced Excel, Word, Email and PowerPoint Skills) Knowledge of SAP (Advantageous) Experience using CRM systems and an understanding of the role it plays in the sales process (advantageous) Proof of Targets and actual achievements Must be willing to travel within the Limpopo & Mpumalanga Region and spend 1 week per month within each region (preferably reside in Polokwane for logistical and territory coverage) Have a work from home office space (business tools will be provided) Valid drivers licence & Own Reliable Transport
Key Performance Areas:
Build and develop the market for the Brand within the Limpopo & Mpumalanga Region Finding new business and develop a pipeline through canvassing, online research, sifting through data and networking within the Food Production, QSR and Food Retail Manage all negotiation and presentation processes within the sales cycle Represent the client as a dedicated & committed Brand Ambassador to all relevant prospective & existing target markets Drive initiatives to penetrate new market segments Conduct on-site client meetings, and assessments within food and beverage production environments Maintain and retain existing client base to ensure repeat business Manage all internal administrative processes and update accordingly on the in-house sales system Collaborate closely with the head office team to align with company goals Communicate consistent updates and sales productivity status to management Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Report directly to the Sales Manager
