As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive, results-driven Internal Sales Trader to join our team and help drive sales growth by engaging customers, negotiating deals, and providing technical sales support.
What you'll do
Sales and customer management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Quoting and order processing: Prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, and manage invoicing efficiently. Negotiation and pricing: Handle pricing discussions, margin calculations, and competitive negotiations professionally. Technical and numerical sales: Work with measurable products, conduct cost estimations, and ensure profitable sales transactions. CRM and sales administrations: Maintain detailed sales records, track leads, and follow up on customer inquiries. Market awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Qualifications and Experience
Matric 3-5 years in internal sales, trading or customer relationship management Industry background: Experience in fast-moving B2B or B2C sales environments is highly advantageous Strong negotiation skills and understanding of competitive market dynamics Ability to handle pricing strategies, profit margins and numerical calculations Experience selling measurable products (e.g hardware, tools, industrial goods, customer orders) Experience managing quoting, invoicing and order tracking
