Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and seamless day-to-day
financial operations for our U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented,
proactive, and passionate about supporting businesses through excellent bookkeeping practices. You will
collaborate with internal team members and clients to ensure financial data integrity, timely reporting,
and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank
reconciliations and general ledger management.
• Transaction Processing: Process invoices, payments, payroll, and expense reports with precision
and efficiency.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy
and timeliness.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and
industry best practices.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with U.S.-based clients and internal team
members to ensure seamless financial operations and provide proactive support.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in bookkeeping processes
and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
• Relevant bookkeeping certification or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach.
