Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar energy systems and 3-phase electrical installations. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, issuing Certificates of Compliance (COC), and ensuring all installations meet industry regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on inspections of solar electrical installations and issue COCs upon compliance. Identify and resolve electrical issues on-site, providing immediate fixes where necessary. Coordinate with the Project Manager to address unresolved issues and schedule follow-up visits. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards for all electrical work. Maintain accurate records of inspections and work performed. Assist installation teams with troubleshooting and providing guidance. Requirements:
Valid Wiremans License Registered as an Electrical Contractor with the Department of Labour Experience with solar PV systems and 3-phase electrical installations Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail Excellent communication and reporting skills Valid driver's license
