Senior Hardware Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge electronic systems and hardware components. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of electronic circuits and systems for a range of high-tech applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of hardware with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex electronic circuits, PCB layouts, and system architectures. Lead hardware development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Perform simulations, testing, and debugging of hardware systems to verify functionality and reliability. Work with Software Engineers to ensure hardware and software integration. Collaborate with product management and other teams to define requirements and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in prototype, pre-production, and production environments. Mentor and guide Junior Engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in electronic hardware design, development, and testing. Expertise in PCB design, schematic capture, and simulation tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, etc.). Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems. Proficiency in hardware debugging and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with signal integrity analysis and high-speed circuit design. Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications (e.g., CE, UL). Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with ARM, FPGA, or similar technologies is a plus.
