Compliance and driving best HR practices L&D: Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders Talent Management: Oversee the TA function and driving retention strategies ER: Focus on fostering positive employee relations, and driving engagement across the organization PM: Drive the overall performance management process
Key Skills & Requirements:
Education: Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in the HR discipline. Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian employment laws. Proven track record as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience in the trading/distribution sector is highly preferred.
