Minimum requirements:Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance or Cost and Management Accounting A CIMA, CMA or equivalent professional certification would be an advantage 3-5 years in cost and management accounting, preferably in food processing, agriculture or manufacturing Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Syspro, Sage, or similar) Experience in inventory management and variance analysis
