Description:

  • Desired Experience & Qualification
    Grade 12 with a formal tertiary qualification (Business Management, Operations Management).
  • At least 10 years experience in a FMCG environment, with previous knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness (OEEs, waste reduction etc.) and operations management.
Strong background in leadership and management, including managing a number of operational teams. Solid project management experience is critical. Computer literate (Ms Excel skills, exposure to or experience with an ERP system will be an advantage). Own Reliable vehicle Competencies:
