Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase revenue and profitability Train and coach sales representatives to improve performance and productivity Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely processing of applications and funding Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Conducting monthly performance reviews with KAMs. Effectively addressing customer complaints and timeously communicating feedback thereon to the COO. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; Master's degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in merchant cash advance sales or similar role 3-5 years of experience in sales management or leadership role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes Familiarity with underwriting principles and practices Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
