Your Role:
Develop and implement architectural concepts, master plans, and project designs. Conduct feasibility studies, project briefs, and design reports. Ensure designs comply with regulatory codes and industry standards. Oversee design progression through development and detailing phases. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring quality and efficiency.What Were Looking For:
A degree in Architecture with experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Professional accreditation or chartership is an advantage. Strong team leadership and project management skills. Knowledge of local regulations and planning authority policies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lumion (Revit experience is a plus). Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet high design standards. A collaborative, motivated approach with strong problem-solving abilities. A valid driving license is a plus.What We Offer:
