Your Responsibilities:
Assist in auditing and reviewing project costs, reports, and procurement documents. Support in tracking project progress, including potential site visits. Work closely with various stakeholders to collect and verify financial data. Contribute to cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes. Help prepare and review cost estimates for capital and maintenance expenditures. Ensure project expenditures align with schedules and planned budgets. Organize and participate in coordination meetings to monitor project milestones. Assist with additional tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and financial insights.What Were Looking For:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (a Masters in Financial Management is an advantage). Around two years of experience in cost or financial analysis, preferably within the construction or engineering sector. Strong knowledge of cost management principles, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Familiarity with construction cost drivers, industry benchmarks, and financial reporting. Advanced skills in Excel and financial analysis tools (experience with AutoCAD and BIM is a plus). Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.What We Offer:
