Our client is a leading provider of Employee Recognition and Rewards Solutions Software is expanding into a new market and is looking to recruit a driven B2B Sales Consultant with experience selling software solutions, to join their dynamic team.You will be required to:
Identify and engage prospective business clients through networking, cold outreach, and inbound leads. Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client pain points and present tailored software solutions. Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer success) to optimize sales strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position their solution effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. You will need the following for your application to be considered:
Proven track record in B2B software sales, preferably in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with key stakeholders. Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of software solutions and their business impact.
