Responsibilities:
- Provide general legal advise to the company’s various departments
- Manage budgets and relationships with external lawyers, timeously.
- To structure, negotiate, and draft or review commercial contracts
- To provide legal advice on how to structure commercial transactions
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- 5 years’ experience working as a Legal Advisor in a mining environment
- Code 8 Driver’s License
