As the Group Finance Manager, you will oversee the group finance function with a focus on group reporting and consolidations. This is an in-office position with working hours from 08:00 to 17:30, providing a structured and engaging work environment .

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Management:
  
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business finance function.
  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies.
• Group Reporting and Consolidations:
  
  • Manage all aspects of group financial reporting and consolidations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Audit and Budgeting:
  
  • Oversee the group audit process and manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Drive efficiency and financial discipline across the organization.
• Leadership and Staff Management:
  
  • Lead, mentor, and manage finance teams to achieve performance excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• CA(SA) / Chartered Accountant accreditation is essential.
• 5+ years of post-articles experience is essential.
• Experience in forex and multiple foreign currencies is essential
• Background in financial services or retail is preferred
