We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Electrician to join our client in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems. This role will involve working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations are completed safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems on rooftops and other structures
- Conduct electrical wiring and testing to ensure systems are functioning properly
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Keep accurate records of all work completed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- At least 2 years experience working in the solar industry
- Trade Tested Electrician with wiremans license
- Knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
