Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
Bestuur van:
• Effektiewe bestuur en koördinering van die CALTEX Garage- en winkelaktiwiteite.
• Verseker dat brandstofvlakke altyd optimaal is.
• Toesig oor Garage- en Winkelpersoneel om doeltreffende departementbedrywighede te handhaaf.
• Bestuur van Garage- en Winkelafdeling se bates.
• Monitor GP’s en verkoopsmengsels.
• Oorsien departement se begroting, insluitend inkomste en uitgawes, volgens die gestelde winsdoelwitte.
• Verseker daaglikse werking van die kookstelsel.
Beplanning van:
• Brandstofaankope en bestuursvlak van voorraad.
• Skep en handhaaf personeelrooster en bestuur van verlofroosters.
• Implementeer interne personeelopleiding.
• Koördineer produkuitstallings en bemarkingsaktiwiteite om inkomste te dryf.
Administrasie van:
• Maand-einde prosedures en voorraadopname.
• Voer gereelde voorraadkontroles uit en berei bestellings voor soos benodig.
• Handhaaf gesondheids- en veiligheidsstandaarde binne die departement.
• Verseker aanvaarbare higiëne standaarde in die departement.
• Voldoen aan Caltex se Franchise SOP's.
Kommunikasie met:
• Kliënte en verskaffers om gladde bedrywighede te verseker.
• Ander departemente van die oord en Departementshoofde (HOD's).
• Maandelikse statistieke en voorspellings ontleed.
• Personeelvergaderings om te alignering op doelwitte en prestasieverwachtings.
Minimale Vereistes:
• Graad 12 (Matric).
• 2 Jaar ervaring in 'n soortgelyke rol in 'n handelsomgewing.
• Vaardigheid in MS Office.
• Ervaring met POS sagteware.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strong background in fuel station management and a keen eye for business operations to join a high-energy team.

Key Responsibilities:
Management of:
• Effective management and coordination of the CALTEX Garage and Shop activities.
• Ensure optimum fuel levels in stock at all times.
• Supervise Garage and Shop staff to maintain efficient department operations.
• Manage Garage and Shop department assets.
• Monitor GPs and sales mix.
• Oversee department budget, including income and expenses, according to set profit targets.
• Ensure daily operation of the cuisine system.
Planning of:
• Fuel purchases and stock level management.
• Create and maintain staff roster and manage leave schedules.
• Implement in-house staff training.
• Coordinate product displays and marketing activities to drive revenue.
Administration of:
• Month-end procedures and stock take.
• Perform regular stock checks and prepare orders as required.
• Maintain health and safety standards within the department.
• Ensure acceptable hygiene standards in the department.
• Adhere to Caltex's Franchise SOPs.
Liaise with:
• Clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Other resort departments and Heads of Department (HODs).
• Analyze monthly statistics and forecasts.
• Staff meetings to align on goals and performance expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric).
• 2 Years’ experience in a similar role in a trade environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with POS software.
