Front of House Manager required for a reputable hotel based in East London
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Create rosters, provide training, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team. Cleaning Schedules: Oversee and maintain regular cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and safe work environment. Stock Management: Manage stock rotation and place orders to maintain inventory levels.Additional Requirements:
