You will work in the claims department where Medical Top-Up/Gap Cover and Funeral Cover claims are processed.Key Responsibilities:
Managing and overseeing the claims processing team Ensuring accurate and efficient assessment of medical and funeral claims Handling complex claims and escalations Implementing best practices and maintaining compliance with industry regulations Providing guidance and support to team membersRequirements:
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role Strong medical claims assessment background Registered Nurse qualification would be an advantageThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled claims professional to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and growing organization.The proposed salary for the role is R25k - R30k per month, but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
