Key Responsibilities:Extract and analyze data to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement. Build data models using Excel, Pivot Tables, and Power BI. Respond to data-related queries and track progress effectively. Guide system deployments to improve data efficiencies. Set up systems and processes to enhance working with data. Produce reports and visual representations (charts, graphs) of trends for non-specialists. Present data-driven insights to clients and management. Liaise between departments to ensure the optimal use of management systems for operational performance. Document business functions, processes, and improvements. Analyze and develop requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems. Provide monthly productivity reports for division/clients. Identify underutilized systems, resolve issues, and drive system changes. Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve internal and external service delivery. Prepare statistical reports and contribute to decision-making processes. Essential Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. A methodical, logical approach to data modeling and interpretation. Strong project management and communication skills. A professional attitude with a proactive, innovative mindset. Ability to interact and collaborate with staff at all levels. Excellent time management and deadline-driven approach. Qualifications & Experience:
A Diploma/Degree in Business, Systems Analysis, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally within a property management environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
