Key Responsibilities:Helpdesk Support:
Attend to daily logged calls on Helpdesk/MyBuildings Log and track complaints, requests, and work orders Allocate tasks to Property Service Management (PSM) and internal maintenance teams Liaise with contractors, building managers, and property managers for updates Ensure timely follow-ups and closures of work orders Support Property Administrator with tenant uploads and communications Invoice Management:
Audit and verify vendor invoices for compliance and accuracy Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on non-compliant invoices Ensure correct coding and necessary paperwork for invoices Reporting & Vendor Management:
Prepare daily progress reports on helpdesk activities and overdue work orders Manage and update vendor files, ensuring compliance with procedures Assist with SLA invoice processing and vendor documentation Query Resolution:
Handle escalations and resolve queries efficiently Report recurring issues to management for action General Administration:
Respond to emails and follow up on communications Ensure compliance with procurement standards and procedures Handle credit applications and insurance claims Key Competencies:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines Professional attitude and personal initiative Ability to interact with staff at all levels Qualifications & Experience:
