We are recruiting for a dynamic office manager who can join a busy team to manage the daily running of the Branch. This role is right for you if you like to be the go-to person in the office and being involved with all aspects of making the team successful.
Requirements:
- Own Vehicle with Drivers Licence
- Matric
- Well presented, professional as this is also a front-of-house office position
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills Duties:
- Diary and Schedule Management Meetings / Events
- Project management - various in house events
- Documentation management
- Website management
- General office administration duties = stock management
- Weekly reports
- Managing vendors / clients / visitors relations
- Ad hoc office management duties This role is ideal if you enjoy multi-tasking, being a leader in the office seeing a seamless flow of events take place. Great role for a strong Office Manager who can take charge, lead and drive various projects and office management duties.
