The Product and Channels Aftersales Supervisor will be based in the Group Parts department, the successful incumbent will be responsible to implement the Products and Channels after sales strategy in the Dealer Network with a strong focus on Genuine Parts Sales, Accident Damage Management Parts Sales, Easy Drive Vehicle Plans Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer loyalty.Duties:
Implement and align the After Sales Strategy with departmental and organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to team members regarding their roles in relation to goals. Contribute to sales objectives for Genuine Parts at both Wholesale and Retail levels. Achieve Accident Damage Management Parts sales targets by managing dealers, key accounts, and insurance customers. Support Easy Drive Vehicle Plans sales efforts by collaborating with RAMs and dealers. Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Implement Product Management campaigns using market research to increase Genuine Parts sales. Create initiatives to boost customer loyalty and increase market share in the car parc. Coordinate with divisional colleagues to successfully implement the annual Business Plan. Set targets for initiatives in collaboration with other departments and divisions. Act as the primary contact for the Market Area Manager on Product and Channels initiatives. Requirements:
A recognized 3-year national diploma or 4-year bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field. Experience:
Experience in Sales, Service and Marketing is required. Dealer after-sales operations experience and at least 3 years of specialist or supervisory automotive experience, preferably in after-sales, marketing, or sales, is advantageous. Essential:
Familiarity with dealer after-sales operations (service and parts). Strong understanding of business management principles and application. Proven knowledge of automotive parts and accessories business, including pricing impact and marketing concepts. Experience in developing and implementing after-sales campaigns and promotions. Advantageous exposure to accident damage management, motor body repairers, and insurance. Strong understanding of customer loyalty and experience. Experience in strategy development and implementation.
