You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in property finance to ensure accurate financial management and operational efficiency.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Accountant in the property or real estate sector
- Experience with property management systems (e.g., MDA, MRI, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and cost accounting in property finance
- Experience with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Understanding of property-related tax compliance, leases, and financial regulations
