- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement rates.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to enhance brand credibility.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms relevant to luxury hospitality.
- Assist in planning and promoting events at the lodge through targeted social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven track record managing social media for a luxury hotel or lodge.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Portfolio of past work showcasing creative content, campaigns, and results.
- Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to capture the luxury lifestyle through visuals and storytelling.
- Understanding of SEO and paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
