Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage asset management activities, ensuring all financial records are updated and reconciled.
- Coordinate and process payroll, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Provide financial insights to senior management to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial health.
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and operations.

Qualifications:

- BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or CA(SA) qualification.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, asset management, and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
