Description:
1. Diagnose and repair iPhones, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware issues.
2. Troubleshoot software issues and perform factory resets, data recovery, and software updates.
3. Handle micro-soldering and board-level repairs.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
5. Follow clearly defined internal business processes
6. Ability to work efficiently on workshop management programme
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience repairing iPhones.
2. Strong knowledge of Apple devices and iOS troubleshooting as well as GSX systems
3. Ability to work efficiently and meet repair deadlines.
4. Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
5. Good communication and customer service skills.
6. Experience with micro-soldering / Board level repairs
7. Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
