Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team in Montague Gardens. This is a dynamic role in a workshop environment, and the ideal candidate should have experience with procurement, purchasing, and invoicing.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Pastel and Xero .
  • Own transport is essential.
  • Previous experience in procurement/purchasing and invoicing .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment .
  • Sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent telephone skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
