Description:
- Advise and work with company management to meet financial goals
- Advise and work with management regarding legal and regulatory issues, and reporting requirement
- Account and cost reconciliation
- Knowledge of financial information relating to the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of leasing contracts
- Statement tracking of debtors
- Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business
- Developing and presenting project proposals
- Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
- Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
- Managing construction schedules
- Dealing with any unexpected costs
- Attending site meetings to monitor progress
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
- Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the clients own representatives
- Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project
- Working on-site and in an office.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies
- Vetting Client Documents
- Maintain Relationships with clients, brokers and industry partners
- Managing invoicing
- Liaising with financial institutes
- Ensure all legal compliance of docs
Requirements:
Business Qualifications or similar
3-5 years experience
Construction industry experience is a must
Knowledge of yellow machines
Business Acumen
