Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:- Compile and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Produce monthly management statements
- Reconcile bank statements and VAT and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with bookkeepers to gather financial information
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Update fixed asset register
- Attend to tax computation for all group entities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (ideally XERO) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
