Description:
Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed structural steel drawings, including fabrication and assembly drawings. Develop and revise P&IDs, PFDs, and ISO drawings for mechanical and piping systems. Produce 2D and 3D technical drawings using industry-standard CAD software. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and functional designs. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications. Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for mechanical, piping, and structural steel components. Assist with project costing, providing accurate estimates for materials and fabrication. Maintain proper documentation and revision control of all design drawings. Support site and fabrication teams with technical drawings as required. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other industry-standard CAD software. Strong knowledge of piping, mechanical equipment, and structural steel detailing. Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings. Experience in preparing P&IDs, PFDs, and ISO drawings. Understanding of fabrication and construction methodologies. Experience in BOQ preparation, project costing, and expediting. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines .-------------------------------------------------------------
