What are we looking for:
A Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising paid media campaigns across a variety of channels. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to help drive customer acquisition and lead generation efforts while ensuring that campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
What you will do:
• Develop, implement and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives
• Conduct A/B testing to identify effective ad strategies and improve performance
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns
• Support the broader marketing team with paid media strategies and cross-channel integration
What you must have:
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with paid media campaign management, ideally in an advertising agency
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant paid media platforms
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel and campaign reporting tools
• Proven track record of optimising paid media campaigns to meet KPIs and goals
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision-making
