Competitive Edge: Analyse and monitor competitor strategies, deploying innovative responses to sustain and enhance market leadership. Market Representation: Act as a representative in critical engagements, including regulatory affairs, public relations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives, to strengthen market positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional teams across finance, product, marketing, compliance, and risk functions, to align resources and initiatives with Nigerias strategic goals. Business Development: Opportunity Identification: Seek and develop new business opportunities by introducing cutting-edge products and services to address evolving market needs. Innovation Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of innovative solutions that align with the enterprise's objectives and strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a critical liaison with government agencies, regulators, and financial institutions to strengthen relationships. Client Relationship: Strategic Account Planning: Lead the development and execution of tailored account plans for key clients, focusing on growth initiatives and impactful marketing strategies. High-Value Relationship Management: Directly oversee relationships with the top three accounts in Nigeria, which collectively drive over 75% of revenue, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and business performance.
