Manage a team of 60, including 5 sales reps, ensuring the warehouse runs seamlessly from receipt to dispatch. Lead stock control processes, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly stocktakes, while minimizing shrinkage.Financial Oversight
Meet and exceed financial budgets, ensuring competitive pricing and Gross Profit targets. Manage debtors, creditors, and bank reviews with accuracy. Analyze financial reports, address variances, and ensure costs stay within budget.Growth & Customer Focus
Build and nurture strong client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing queries and maintaining operational standards. Ensure compliance with audits and company evaluations.Team Building & Development
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 60, overseeing performance, attendance, and development. Recruit top talent, provide training, and enforce HR policies with empathy and professionalism.
