Role Overview
Are you a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector? We are looking for a talented individual with 2+ years of agency recruitment experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll specialise in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent within the M&E sector, working closely with clients across construction, engineering, and building services .

Key Responsibilities
🚀 Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Leverage multiple sourcing tools ( LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, referrals ) to attract top M&E talent.
- Conduct candidate interviews, screening, and qualification to ensure suitability for roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates for contract and permanent positions.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, from interview prep to offer negotiation .
🤝 Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing M&E clients across construction, engineering, and related industries.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and business needs.
- Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients regarding salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment strategies .
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and job offers between clients and candidates.
📈 Business Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our M&E client base.
- Build a specialist recruitment desk , ensuring consistent placements and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth management of vacancy workflows .
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices .
Key Skills & Experience
✅ 2+ years of recruitment experience within an agency environment.
✅ Previous experience recruiting in M&E, construction, or engineering sectors (preferred but not essential).
✅ Strong business development and client management skills.
✅ Ability to source, attract, and engage candidates for middle-level roles.
✅ Proficiency with CRM systems (Bullhorn preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter .
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Organised, target-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
