Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Manage office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.
Sales Support & Customer Service:
Engage with potential and existing clients, offering information about products/services.
Assist with sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with the sales team to support business development efforts.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business.
Requirements:
Requirements:Proven experience in both reception/administration and sales/customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone etiquette and a welcoming personality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
