What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and manage key projects implementing Oracle Cloud Merchandising systems.
✔ Work closely with IT teams, Oracle consultants, and business stakeholders.
✔ Optimize merchandising processes and ensure seamless system integration.
✔ Ensure data integrity and system performance across our retail landscape.
✔ Drive innovation through technology adoption and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of experience in IT system analysis, preferably in merchandising.
🔹 Expertise in Oracle Retail solutions (RMS, RPAS, MFP, AP, or similar) .
🔹 Strong understanding of merchandising operations & supply chain processes .
🔹 Proven track record in project management and system implementations .
🔹 A problem solver with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
