Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administrative Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, filing, providing support to our team, and managing various forms of communication. If you have excellent organizational skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties (filing, document management, etc.)
  • Provide support to management and team members
  • Handle and respond to emails and phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with scheduling and other clerical tasks as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with client queries

    Requirements:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
    • Must be based in Cape Town Central

      Salary: R7500 per month, to be revised after 3 Months of Employment.
