Description:
Hire Resolve's client , a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is currently seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients interested in solar energy solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Consultative Sales:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their energy needs and provide customised solar solutions.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to gather relevant information for proposal development.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of solar energy and address client concerns.

Proposal Development:
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals based on client requirements.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate project specifications.
- Present proposals to clients and address questions or objections.

Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules to secure deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure contracts meet company standards.

Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in commercial sales, specifically in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
