- Lead and manage complex credit risk quantitative projects, providing advanced analytics and strategic insights.
- Develop, enhance, and implement credit risk models, focusing on risk assessment, forecasting, and optimization of credit portfolios.
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, stress testing, and credit risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape risk management frameworks and strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in quantitative credit risk analysis.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in credit risk, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
- Expertise in developing and implementing credit risk models (e.g., credit scoring, PD, LGD, EAD, stress testing).
- Strong proficiency in quantitative tools, programming languages (Python, R, SAS), and statistical analysis.
- A solid understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9) and their impact on credit risk management.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, including client interactions and team leadership.
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) would be a plus.
