Description:
Key Responsibilities:System Development & Maintenance:
Develop, maintain, and optimize internal business systems.
Ensure system security, efficiency, and scalability.
Database Management:
Manage and maintain SQL databases, including data integrity and security.
Set up and optimize relational databases for various operational needs.
Software Integration & Automation:
Work with Sage Evolution, Microsoft Access, SQL databases, Smartsheet, Excel, Connecteams, and Pipedrive to streamline business processes.
Implement API integrations between various platforms.
Set up standard operating procedures
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence.
Create automated data visualizations for decision-making.
Mobile & Web Application Development (Advantageous):
Develop and maintain mobile applications to support business operations.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility for different user requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Senior Certificate (Essential)
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in system development and database management Competencies & Technical Skills: (must be able to present this during the interview)
- Strong SQL database knowledge and management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Must Provide Proof of Competency)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access (Essential)
- Experience with Smartsheets (Essential)
- Power BI Reporting Expertise
