Requirements:
Completion of a relevant technical program or apprenticeship in mechanical engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a mechanical artisan Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose problems effectively Proficiency in the operation of mechanical tools and equipment, alongside a solid understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Possible duties:
Assembly and Maintenance: Assemble and maintain mechanical systems and components of automotive vehicles, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize assembly processes and troubleshoot design issues. Quality Control: Conduct inspections of assembled components and systems to ensure they meet specifications and are free from defects. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
