You will work closely with the Financial Controlling and Reporting teams, supporting key financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic reporting. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze sales reports, management accounts, and inventory ageing. Consolidate Site Business Review Reports and weekly COO reports. Maintain the fixed asset register and conduct waste analysis reporting. Perform monthly inventory valuations and participate in stock takes. Assist with hourly rate calculations and inventory reporting. Prepare and update tax information for SARS submissions, including e-filing and compliance with foreign transactions. Support the full audit process, from planning to completion. Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements in line with IFRS standards. Manage customer invoicing and rebate calculations. Assist with cash flow forecasting and insurance management. Ensure statutory compliance with CIPC, Companies Act, and POPIA regulations. Prepare and submit quarterly, bi-annual, and annual Stat SA reports. Contribute to finance-related projects and process improvements.Requirements:
Newly qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic record. Industry experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of cost structures and inventory management. Proficiency in IFRS, particularly IAS 2 (Inventories), IAS 16 (Property, Plant & Equipment), and IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition). Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
