We are looking for an experienced Data Science and Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive innovative, data-driven strategies. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll ensure that data science initiatives support the companys vision and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists and Analytics professionals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data initiatives with company goals
- Build and maintain a sustainable data science and analytics capability
- Ensure that data science solutions are scalable and have long-term impact
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics)
- Expertise in data science technologies (Python, Power BI, Azure, and Spark)
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a strong track record in large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks
- Proven success in operationalizing data science solutions in production environments
