Description:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Data Science and Analytics Team to provide data-driven insights that influence key business areas. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex healthcare challenges, refine processes, and develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. Your work will span the entire data science lifecycle, from understanding business needs and defining problems to data pre-processing, model development, and deployment.Key Responsibilities:
- Work across the full data science lifecycle: from problem definition to model deployment.
- Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and enhance healthcare initiatives.
- Collaborate within an agile development team, continuously improving models and solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in data science technologies (e.g., Python, AWS, Spark, Machine Learning).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data science.
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, SciPy) and strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and applying machine learning techniques.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to operationalize data models and data-driven solutions.
